Shipping Policy

SHIPPING METHODS:

Items may be shipped by FedEx, UPS, USPS ground service, and other 3rd party logistics.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

After your order is fulfilled (shipped), you will receive a notification of your tracking number.

If you do not receive your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us here.

No minimum order requirements. Orders are processed within 1 business day upon receipt of your payment. During the busy holiday time period orders will be shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Standard deliveries within the USA may take up to 5 business days. Due to the current supply chain logistics issues of transportation companies, there may be further delays. Deliveries do not require a signature.

NO GUARANTEED DELIVERY DATES: 

Ground shipping does not guarantee the date of delivery. Therefore, there are no refunds or claims possible for late arrivals. If you require your order to arrive on a specific date, we suggest you choose a Priority Shipping method and then pick the date you prefer.

BUY NOW SHIP LATER:

We offer a scheduled delivery shipping option so you can choose the specific delivery date for your order. Choose the “Buy Now, Ship Later” option at checkout & select your preferred delivery date.

SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES:

We make shipping to all your family and friends easy! Select “Ship to Multiple Address” in your cart and specify which products to ship for each delivery.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:

Free delivery on orders over $50.

EXCEPTIONS & SURCHARGES 

Saturday Delivery:   Saturday delivery is available for most zip codes, Saturday delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Please use the shipping table above to determine your base shipping rate and add a $14.99 surcharge.

Monday / Tuesday Delivery

In order to ensure product freshness and quality, orders of perishable products cannot be scheduled for Monday delivery except in December when shipping carriers expand their delivery timetables.

Depending on your location, Tuesday delivery may only be available via Overnight Shipping. 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

A $15.00 charge per package will be applied to your credit card when incorrect or incomplete addresses are given. Unfortunately, this is the cost the carriers charge for returned or rerouted packages. Please confirm the address is correct and in the case of perishable items that the recipient is available to receive the package.  We are not responsib

Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii:

As, for obvious reasons, there is no Ground-based service to these locations, we use 2-Day / Overnight Shipping as the base rate for these regions, then apply an additional $24.99 surcharge.

Shipping to Puerto Rico:

Exact delivery date not guaranteed as these areas are served by the U.S. Postal Service. Use the table above to determine your base shipping rate, then apply a $19.99 surcharge for 2-Day / Overnight Shipping as the base rate for these regions, then apply a $19.99 surcharge.

International Delivery:

Please contact us for any shipments outside the United States and APOs to receive a customized quote.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you need to cancel your order, you need to do so before it leaves our facility. Please contact Customer Service to begin the cancellation process. The funds will be returned to your original form of payment.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and have identified a quality related issue please contact sales@shopgiftworld.com at once.. A credit can only be provided if photos are submitted for review. Please keep all packaging intact for any returns. If an exchange is requested, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as we have processed and confirmed your claim.

IMPORTANT!

Please inspect arrived package and products as soon as they arrive to your door! If your package has arrived damaged or tampered with, please contact the carrier (UPS or FedEx) and our Customer Service Department. Any delay in contacting the carrier and our Customer Service Department makes it more difficult to file a claim. Please keep ALL packaging and items EXACTLY AS THEY ARRIVED.

Substitutions 

Because of the perishable and sometimes seasonal nature of many of our products, we reserve the right to make substitutions of items of equal or greater value as necessary to ensure timely delivery of your gifts.
